NEW PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE AT THE CAROUSEL BAR

If Carousel Bar at The Plaza has been living rent-free in your Pinterest board (we get it, that retro neon glow is unmatched), there’s a new detail you’ll want to know before you include it as one of the locations for your Vegas photoshoot.

Carousel Bar has always been free to shoot at and has long been a staple for anyone exploring Fremont Street. The general rule of thumb was just to buy at least two drinks. As of August 8th, 2026, that’s changed: the bar now requires a $100 Professional Photography Package if you want to bring a photographer.

What’s Actually Included

For $100, you and your photographer (plus one assistant, four guests total) get:

• Your choice of 2 glasses of champagne or 2 premium cocktails
• Booth access (subject to availability)
• Celebration props (the playing cards below are our own and were not provided by the Carousel Bar)
• A 30-minute professional photography session
  
  

Worth noting: the photographer is not included in that fee. This covers your access, the space, the drinks, and the props. You will still need to book your photographer separately.

• To book, you can check-in with the bartender before your session starts.
• The fee covers one couple + photographer + assistant (4 guests total).
• Declining any of the complimentary amenities doesn’t lower the price. It’s a flat $100.
• No tripods, lighting equipment, large productions, wardrobe changes, or extra participants without advance approval.
• You can’t block walkways, interfere with service, or disturb other guests.
• Everything is subject to availability, so this isn’t a guaranteed walk-in situation.

Carousel Bar is still one of the most iconic, unmistakably Vegas backdrops in Vegas. That old-school glam, spinning bar top energy is exactly the kind of nightlife edge we love working into an elopement gallery. If Carousel Bar is on your must-shoot list, let us know early. We’ll help you build it into your timeline so we’re in and out within that 30-minute window without you feeling rushed, and so there are zero surprises on-site.

If you book with us for at least 2 hours, we will take care of the added fee. If Carousel Bar isn’t your vibe, Vegas is literally filled with fee-free spots with just as much personality. And we can always still sneak a Champagne pop moment out front of the Carousel Bar.
