If you’ve been going back and forth between how much time to book for your Las Vegas elopement photoshoot, you’re not alone, and you’re about to make this decision a whole lot easier. Most couples overestimate how much time they need, or underestimate it, there’s rarely an in-between. So let’s walk through what each Las Vegas elopement package actually gets you.

1 Hour (Golden Hour): Just the Chapel

This is the one for couples who only are looking to document their ceremony and right around the chapel. You get 1 hour of photo and content coverage at a single location. You’ll walk away with a full edited photo gallery, your full iPhone content gallery within 48 hours, and a 15 to 30 second highlight video from your elopement. If you’re looking to keep it simple, this is for you.

2 Hours (The Rendezvous): Chapel Plus a Little More

The Rendezvous gives you 2 hours and up to 2 locations. This is the sweet spot if you love the idea of the chapel but also want a second backdrop, maybe a rooftop, maybe Fremont street at night, maybe somewhere with a little more personality.

You still get the full edited photo gallery and iPhone content within 48 hours, but now with a slightly longer highlight video (30 to 45 seconds) and 5 polaroids to hold onto, and a whole lot more variety to look back on.

3 Hours (Velvet Night): More Locations, More Story

You and your partner, 3 hours, and up to 3 locations. This is where things start to feel less like “a quick session” and more like an actual visual story of your night. More locations means more variety in your gallery, different lighting, different energy, different moods. If you want your gallery to feel like a whole night out, not just one stop, this is where that starts to happen.

4 Hours (The Romantics): Our most popular experience

There’s a reason this one’s our most booked package. The Romantics gets you 4 hours with unlimited locations, meaning you’re not boxed into a number, you go wherever the day takes you. Think hotel portraits, your chapel moment, and a little after party energy, all captured.

This tier bumps you up to a full 1-minute highlight video plus 1 custom reel, 10 polaroids, and the same fast content delivery. If you want your day to feel complete without needing to plan every single stop in advance, this is usually the answer.

6 Hours (Love Story): The Full Vegas Experience

Love Story is for couples who want their entire Vegas experience documented, not just the ceremony. 6 hours, unlimited locations, and a complimentary 1-hour engagement session included. Think getting ready, details, first look, the ceremony, and the full after party.

Your content gallery arrives within 72 hours instead of 48, plus a 1 to 2 minute highlight film and 2 custom reels. 15 polaroids come with this one too, so you’re not short on things to actually hold in your hands that night. 6 hours typically covers getting ready through the first part of reception (or ceremony through dancing, depending on start time). You get the big beats: prep, first look/ceremony, portraits, entrance, toasts, maybe first dance. You might risk missing open dancing, bouquet toss, late-night moments, and final send-off.

8 Hours (Always & Forever): For Traditional Weddings

This is the full day, start to finish, and it’s built specifically for couples having a more traditional wedding rather than a quick elopement. Ideal if you’re planning a grand exit. You get 8 hours of coverage, unlimited locations, the complimentary engagement session, and everything scales up accordingly, a 1 to 2 minute highlight film, 3 custom reels, and 20 polaroids.

If your day has a real timeline with getting ready, ceremony, and reception all happening, this package is built to be with you for every piece of it. You get all of the details, the final touches, the first look, bridal portraits, the ceremony, the reception. the grand exit. All of it, start to finish.

8 hours gives buffer on both ends. You can start earlier (full getting-ready coverage for both partners) and stay later (full reception through send-off). It’s the difference between prioritizing only what’s important vs. getting the entire story, including the things you don’t plan for.

How to Actually Decide

Here’s the honest shortcut: count your must-have locations first, then match that number to the closest package. One location, keep it simple, Golden Hour. Two or three spots you’re dreaming about, look at The Rendezvous or Velvet Night. If you don’t want to think about “locations” at all and just want the whole night captured without limits, The Romantics tends to hit that mark for most couples.

You also don’t want to rush! Make sure we have enough time to let each location breathe. The fun stuff comes when we plan with our existing props and new props we bring in, so build in buffer time instead of packing the schedule wall to wall.

And if your day looks more like a traditional wedding with a real schedule to follow, Love Story or Always & Forever gives you the room to actually live in each part of it instead of rushing through.

Practical rule of thumb clients use: if the wedding day itself (not counting photography) runs under ~7 hours total, 6 hours of coverage is usually enough. If there’s a longer gap between ceremony and reception, or you want prep + send-off both covered, 8 hours removes the stress of watching the clock.
